I consider myself an “Encourager”and will work with you to Identify your motivation and find the right workout to keep you motivated and growing in your fitness pursuits. My focus is to pass on my excitement for fitness and help each client reach their individual goals with the proper knowledge, discipline and encouragement based around a personalized program.
