It combines deep stretching, rhythmic compression, soft-tissue manipulation, gentle rocking, energy balancing, and acupressure to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation.
What to expect
Treatments are performed on a thick mat on the floor while the client remains fully clothed. Sessions are generally slow, methodical, and may last 60–90 minutes depending on the therapist and the client's needs.
